Fourth Full Mock-up of Outlandish Particle Periodic Table without
updating particle.lst
Little pair table updated from first mock-up. (pair4th.htm)
This justifies treating Neutron mass as being overstated by CERN and
giving every particle a pair, doubling the dataset size.
New software has been updated to Version 4 April 2016 with free
download. Summation N greater than 450 billion, target 16 trillion.
Windows compatible with built in run time library, so ready to run.
